Phillip Roeder

Phillip Roeder is the founder of Northwest Enrollx, LLC and co-founder of Enrollx, LLC and Northwest Group Services Incorporated (NWGS). He is a graduate of the University of Findlay, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a minor in finance.
For over 32 years, Philip has been a leader in the insurance industry marketing under the name NWGS. He has assisted employers in benefit design, carrier selection, worksite education and communication, compliance, administration of Section 125 programs, and implementation of benefit administration systems. His companies currently provide services to over 800 employers representing hundreds of thousands of employees in the United States.
Phillip lives in Findlay, Ohio, where he and his wife of 32 years have raised their three daughters. He is a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and Sigma Pi Fraternity.
